JCI is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company which recognizes the significance of the quality chicory. It all starts with the very first step, by importing a high quality seeds of chicory for plantation.

Trained farmer cultivate the chicory roots with proper care till it is harvested. The roots then goes through the '5+ Process' of Harvesting - Sun drying - classification - cube formation - de-stoning - sterilization till it reaches to the hygienic storage area. The Dried chicory cubes are then test in in-house laboratory and then processed by fully equipped plant. The produce is processed under strict sanitary conditions and is never exposed to human touch. The process conditions are constantly monitored and regulated to ensure the quality standard. The final product is released only after a series of sensory and analytical tests in our in-house laboratory complying with prescribed standards.
